Our chicken is humanely raised on family farms in the rolling hills of Amish country. Organic, antibiotic and hormone free. We use Happy Valley Meat company who provide us with Beef from George Lake. George runs a 100% grass-fed operation with his wife Christy and five work dogs captianed by their leader, Mac.
