What happens when a questing and incredibly talented young chef plies his classically trained skills across the pond and co-partners with a bunch of other curious ex-pats? British born chef Michael Hamilton discusses his experiences sourcing the ingredients that cook in New York City. What do we want do we really want to eat? How do you deliver great food that isn't take-out but is a take-on diverse culinary influences? Developing his skills and armor with such luminaries as Gordon Ramsay, Raymond Blanc and Daniel Boulud, Michael has honed his craft over many years and long hours as a dedicated apprentice to the kitchen as community. Grafting the elements that scent The Flower Shop, the Lower East Sides's go to chaise longue, Michael is not content to sit on his laurels.
